**BUILDING RULES**

1. Building Restrictions - Clans/Players are limited to one BIG BASE and 5 SMALLER outposts. Enclosed Wheels of Pain count as an outpost. Newbie Beach is restricted to a 6x6 building per clan. ALL T1 Structures are limited to 36 foundations total. Main Bases on the server are restricted to 36 foundations per ACTIVE player. Outposts are limited to the same 36 foundations per active player or a maximum of 120 squares. For instance, if you are in a clan of 2, your clan will then be restricted to 72 foundations - This is for bases/outposts neither shrines nor RP Structures. We like to keep the server lag free and have players build realistically based on clan size. – Bases cannot be more than 15 high starting at lowest level. Defensive walls must not be higher than a gate - 4 High.

2. Building Aesthetics - We are an RP Server and in such we require clans to build in such a way. Straight up square buildings/cubes with no effort will not be tolerated on this server.  We are not the Borg and you will not assimilate us!  Small efforts like decorations, roofs and outcrops that promote a use besides fighting off raiding are examples of making a building more pleasing to the eye and the community as a whole.

3. Clan Leaders/Clanless must join Discord and have their clan name displayed in brackets.  This is allows for the Admin Team to keep tabs on if a clan is active or not.  Building clean up, takes place weekly in order to keep the server lag free.  If a clan or individual dose not check in once a week via #discord_checkin  channel or with the Admin Team their buildings will be considered forfeit and will be wiped from the server.  No items will be spawned in if your building is declared abandoned by the Admin Team.

4.  Fair Play - No abusing in game exploits or mechanics.  No foundation spamming.  Do not build/block an excessive amount of resource spawns, important emote/recipe sites or tunnels or passageways.

 

**If you are found abusing mechanics, blocking structures/emotes/recipes/tunnels or foundation spamming on or around your base 1st you will receive a warning and asked to change it. If you do not comply within adequate time the portion of your base considered breaking the rules will be removed.**

 

**2nd WARNING = Banning**  

**EVENT RULES**

1. The Admin Team hosts events Tuesdays and Fridays @9PM EST leaving the weekend open to raiding.  The Server has two classifications for events.

**Server Events –** Events that the Admin Team host and run on the server. Rules will be posted in the events and announcements discord along with the advertisement of the event. The Admin Team will be responsible for running events as well as the RP Clan Aquilonians.

**Player Event – **Events ran by players themselves. Their rules, their locations and players who join their events are at the mercy of those who host it. It will be up to individual players to choose to join these events. The Admin Team will not monitor the event and are not responsible for any foul play that may occur during the event.

2.  Participants -  Players joining in a Server Event are required to follow the rules of the event.  If you are found breaking the rules you will firstly, be disqualified from the event.  Secondly, If a player chooses to ignore the disqualification they will be banned from events for a week and receive an official warning from the Admin Team.

3. Spectators - All who wish to watch Server Events must respect the rules of the event.  If they are not participating they need to remain clear of the play area and stay in the designated area for spectators.  If a spectator is found breaking this rule they will have to leave the event.  If they are told to leave and do not they will be banned from events for a week and receive an official warning from the Admin Team

 

**Bounties/Contracts**

Bounties and Contracts will be put in place on this server to keep Bandits and Raiders in check. A fee can be paid to the ADMIN TEAM to place a Bounty or Contract out on a Clan or individual.  They will be considered KOS to the whole server.  A substantial one off **REWARD**  of either a T3 Thrall of Choice or 500 Steel or 100 Starmetal will be provided to those who carry out the bounty/contract (screenshot evidence must be provided. Bounty lasts for 5 days. ) COST: Any Combination of 2K in Materials - Brick, Twine, Iron Bars or Shaped Wood. 
                                                                                            
**COMMUNITY PHILOSOPHY- GOLDEN RULE**

No Drama - There will be no drama on this server. Treat each other with respect no toxicity/racism/sexism/bigotry or religious persecution.  If you have a problem with someone bring it to an admin don't start name calling and taunting in global or discord.  Take a break and come back when you are calm.  Also, please, be mindful that the Admin Team is not responsible for what occurs in private chat nor other players' discords.

If a clan for instance, is found constantly picking on the weak non-stop or found being toxic and skating by the rules they will be banned. This is NOT a community for straight up PVPers this is an RP/PVP Casual fun play server and it will be treated as such. If you are found being toxic in game or on discord you will be BANNED.

**OVERALL RULE**

Admin is authorized to use any means necessary to catch rule breakers. Admin is allowed to punish players for actions not listed in this rules page, as long as they consider the action or players behavior to be damaging to the community, gameplay, role-play, or community image.

All members must obey all rules at all times – If found breaking rules a warning will be given and second warning results in a ban - zero tolerance for breaking rules, cheating, exploiting or toxic behavior.
